  Such awonderful visit this morning. Iwalked inhoping toget aRapid test, and was seen within 30minutes and completed aRapid and PCR test. The staff and physician were all incredibly kind and helpful. Itwas such apleasant experience— what more can you ask for when walkingin!

  City mdshould bethe last resort. Asa health care professionals they are not efficient. They denied myvisit. They overcharge for essentially aconversation. The doctor are hard toreach. Iwould think insuch anarea the customer service should beoptimal. It’s very selective.

  Nothing about this place isurgent orcare. Icame inat2:30for arapid covid test tobe allowed back oncampus they told meit should beabout 40minutes wait. 2hours later I’m still waiting for arapid test and they told meit’s gonna beanother 1+ hour wait! Iwas sodisappointed Ineeded arapid test and nothing else and they wasted more than 4hours ofmyday. Ionly went there thinking itwould bequick. Donot gohere.

  HORRIBLE experience. Mydaughter needed apcr test for school. Wewaited aWHOLE WEEK WHEN THEY TOLD USIT WOULD ONLY TAKE 3—5DAYS. Mydaughter couldn’t goto school for aweek and weended upwasting the expensive tuition. DONOT GOHERE

  Went inon 9/14because afamily member that Ilived with tested positive. At2:30they said the wait was2.5hours but they would text mewhen itwas myturn. At6:30, Ifinally got atext, they said they had other emergency cases, was mycase not anemergency? They did arapid test, itread negative sothey did apcr test. Ifinally left the place at7:40pm.
  It has been more than aweek already and Istill don't have results. The sign said 3—5days but Ithought they were joking, who knew itwas much longer than that.

  I showed upat5:30pm(1.5hours before close) and they said they aren’t accepting anymore patients for theday. This isn’t atrue urgent care considering they donot accept walk ins especially with1.5hours until close.

  Staff was nice, facility isclean. Their check-in process ispretty easy and Ilike that they dothe text tocome back soyou don't have towait inthe facility.

  I came here acouple oftimes when they first opened and the turnaround time was great. Inand out less anhour. This ismy second time taking arapid covid test here and Ichecked in5mins after they JUST OPENED and wasnt seen until 2hours later (their first estimate was 1hr). AsI'm writing this, it's been 40mins from myswab and

  still waiting for thedoc. Idon't have any questions asI only really need acovid test result, but when Itried toflag someone down, they kept telling meto wait asthe doc isin anemergency.

  This makes mefeel like they are just trying torack upthe billing for myinsurance? You bethe judge. Needless tosay, Iwill not bereturning tothis location for arapid covid test.

  Pretty much areview for CityMd onwillisave, herricksrd, and glen coverd. On4separate days recently Ihave tried towalk infor aninfection onmyleg. Every time all ofthese locations send meaway claiming tobe atcapacity. Onall occasions the waiting rooms were empty (or 1—2people waiting) never seemed like there was alot ofpeople inthe back either. Iunderstand they are probably jammed upwith COVID testing but your entire business model isa being awalk inurgent care. You’ve now failed atthat atmultiple locations onmultiple days.

  CityMd inASTORIA finally tookme. The doctor looked atmy issue for agrand total of4seconds before waiving his hand and telling meit was abug bite and prescribing mean antibiotic cream. Ithought okgreat thanks. Too bad itwasn't abug bite, the antibiotic cream did not help and Iended upwith aninfection.

  Think CITYMD needs ateam huddle todo better.

  Horrible bedside manner. City mds are ascam. Ileft with noanswers and the doctor was extremely unsympathetic and Ifelt rushedout. Ihave acommon cold that istaking away from mystudying and the doctor kept trying topush apcr covid test ontop ofa rapid after Itold him ten times its super unlikely that Ihave covid given the vaccine Igot months ago and Iprobably just have acold. Igot the feeling they were just trying tomake money off ofme bytrying tosend amillion different tests tothe labs than actually helpme. Anytime Iasked the doctor aquestion about how likely Iam torecovery asap soI can start studying again hestarted talking about random statistics ofcovid patients from the last six months— heliterally had nointeresr inhelping mehe kept checking his rolex watch like hehad better things todo. When mymom asked him what are the side effects ofthe steroid hemocked her and said every medication has side effects. Stay away from citymds. This doctor was acomplete joke. Ikept one star because the facilities were clean.… – show

  Staff was friendly, however the doctor had the worst bedside manner that I've ever personally experienced. Itwas quite shocking, Ihad tosay something tohim and the staff, and then Ileft due tohow uncomfortable Iwas made tofeel. Totop itoff, Ithen received aphysician's bill for $200.00when the doctor did not provide mewith any sort ofpersonal advice orinteraction. Ipaid the bill asI donot have the time orenergy toargue.   The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. They got usin right away. The facility was super clean and organized. The treatment room was very clean aswell. The female assistant who gave myson his rapid test was gentle and had great bed side manner. She answered myquestions and spoke sonicely tomyson. However, the doctor who came todo the PCR was the complete opposite. Ihave never encountered adr with such terrible bedside manner. Hehad nocompassion for myson who was having ahard time having the second swab. Hequestioned who sent usand wondered why wewanted apcr aswell. Hehad nopatience for myson's crying and fear. Hedid not try toencourage him orreassure him itwould not hurt. Hesaid NOTHING tohelp, infact hecaused him and Imore anxiety atthat time! Iwill call ahead next time tosee ifthis doctor ison site and Iwill visit another location.… – show
